Cost plays a big role in this game. The customer always wants to know how much services will cost. It should also be clear how much a customer is prepared to pay. The Service provider should be able to make understandable what kind of service of what kind of quality can be provided against what kind of costs. These challenges are also put into the game. Players playing the game have to constantly find a balance between the business budget, ICT-service management costs and extra requirements the business has and should be provided by other external service providers.
