Cedeo: The ultimate proof of quality

Ultracomp was aiming for a Cedeo-approval, and filed a request at Cedeo. To be eligible for a Cedeo-approval, Ultracomp needed to meet certain qualitative as well as quantitative requirements. In any case, at least 80% of the clients of Ultracomp needed to be ‘satisfied to very satisfied’ with our service, the collaboration ánd the achieved results of the education or training. Whether this is the case was determined during the Cedeo customer satisfaction survey. In our case, Ultracomp Academy scored for all in-house courses 86,7% and for all open courses even 94,4%!
