Ultracomp Academy receives ITIL® accreditation by APMG

Ultracomp is an APMG Accredited Training Organization (ATO) for ITILv3, PRINCE2 and Change Management.

We accredit Training Organizations, who employ Accredited Trainers, to be certain that the organization's internal processes match the quality standards that we set for running a training company. All course materials that delegates and trainers receive - including presentation slides, lecturer notes, student notes and classroom exercises - are assessed to ensure they conform to both the syllabus and our own exacting standards.

We assess each individual trainer by attending a training session, both to check their training competence and to assess their full understanding of the standard or methodology being taught, and its applicability in the real world.

Accredited Training Organizations and trainers undergo reassessment every three years, and are also subject to random spot-checks.
